What is the most important profile settings I need to update, just after logging in to my new account?

It is recommended to SELECT & UPDATE your correct TIME ZONE by clicking EDIT PROFILE button displayed on the left side of your dashboard. TIME ZONE CORRECT SELECTION helps you to choose consultants which offer best appointment time slot as per your current time zone.

Medical Record Number (MR#)

Once you registered computer will generate your MRN for,
1) Your medical record will be safely managed under your MRN (Medical Record Number)
2) Your all future appointments can be booked by using MRN
3) By using the unique MRN, your service provider will be able to access your health care record.

1) Scan your results and upload PDF files
2) Take pictures and upload the results
3) Please name every document you upload

How to get forgotten Password?

1) Username will be +(Country code) your mobile number or Computer generated username
2) You will write your username in the username provided space
3) This space will popup when you click login
4) You will receive login code
5) The code is case sensitive please type in the provided space.
6) Chose new password
7) Retype the chosen password
8) Click update
9) You will be again back into your own medical record page.

How to make appointment?

1) Login to your dedicated page
2) Search for Highly Qualified and experienced Doctor or Allied Health Professional
3) Search by speciality or by city or country
4) Choose your preferred Specialist
6) Choose the time of the appointment
7) Make the appointment
8) You will be taken to the fee payment page
9) You will pay the consultant’s set fee

Click on My Appointments located on left side of your Dashboard and you can view all upcoming appointment’s list.

How will you pay the Consultant Fee?

1) Fee can be paid by using debit or credit card.
2) There are 4 payment gateways PayPal, Take payment, Easy Paisa and Jazz Cash
3) In case you do not have the credit or debit card you can make provisional booking. You will go to pay point and get the credit for the equivalent amount to pay Easy Paisa or Ancash.
4) Type in the credit/balance note your appointment will be confirmed with your selected specialist.

How to Proceed for Consultation / Join Video Consultation Room?

1) You must login, at your Computer, Laptop or Tablet PC connected to the internet for online video Consultation or Telephone.
2) You go to your appointment
3) Wait in the virtual waiting room till your consultant call you. The call will go through automatically. Please make sure that popups are not blocked and internet is connected.
4) Your consultant will see you at your appointment time.
5) The specialist will take history and go through all the provided information
6) The specialist will prescribe medication as per your need and explain to you any side effects and where to contact in case of unexpected side effect of the medicine

How will you get your Prescription?

1) Your consultant will upload the signed prescription
2) You will get the prescription as PDF file delivered to you electronically
3) You can print the Prescription and take to the Pharmacy for dispensing your medicine
4) The Pharmacist will make sure you understand how to take prescribed medication
5) Please make sure you are aware of the precautions to take with the prescribed medications

Further investigations

1) Your specialist can advise you further investigations to confirm your diagnosis of for follow up of the ongoing your current medical problems.
2) You will be expected you get those investigations done before your next appointment. The investigations could be x ray, Ultrasound, CT scan, MRI Scan or Clinical laboratory tests. Please get the investigations done from the well reputed laboratories
3) You should upload those investigations results into your record following logging in to your own file via the www.doctorsforhealth.co.uk
