How to Register as Doctor/Allied Health Professional?
1) Click the register tab on the right top corner2) You will be taken to the registration page
3) Click I am a doctor/Allied Health Professional
4) Provide your credentials
5) Contact details, Your mobile number, email and address, City and Country
6) You will receive the welcome text message
7) You will also receive the welcome email
8) The computer will generate your unique Username
9) You can also use your mobile number as username as well, however there must be + (Country code) mobile number.
10) Please proceed to provide further details by clicking edit profile tab.

How to change my profile picture?

What to do after signing up as a Doctor?
1. After logging in to your account, first thing you need to do is to complete your personal and professional profile.2. To do that you can see Green Button (Edit Profile) on your main dashboard.
3. On top of the screen you see two TABS ( Personal Info, Professional Details)
4. Complete your Professional details and press UPDATE NOW button

How I can write Electronic Prescription?
Once you successfully join the Video Conference Room, just beneath the Video Screen, you can see Appointment grid. What is the Standard Consultation time per session?
1. Well, you are free to decide the consultation time per session, but as per SOP of our portal we recommend minimum 20 minutes consultation time per session.Why it is important to set correct TIME ZONE under my profile settings?
1. It is very important to set correct TIME ZONE from your Professional Details area. There is a huge possibility that you would be contacted patients from different TIME ZONES. How to Set / Reset my Appointment Schedule?
1. Click on MY SCHEDULE button which you can find on the left side of your Dashboard. 2. Check box your preferred days 3. Select Start Time and End Time as per your convenience 4. How I will be informed of my recent and upcoming Appointments?
1. You can view your Upcoming & Expired Appointments by clicking on MY APPOINTMENTS on the left side of your dashboard.Will I be notified about my Appointments via SMS or EMAIL?
1. You will be notified via SMS and EMAIL once you are scheduled for an appointment.How I will get paid for my consultations?
1. You will be get paid as per mode selected under your profile. If you have provided PayPal ID you will be transferred funds using that gateway, and vice versa.Will I be informed how many patients I have consulted using this portal?
1. Your dashboard tells you everything, from upcoming appointments, expired appointment, seen appointments, total earned, total balance.What if Patient doesn’t show up?
1. If patient doesn’t show up, you can contact SUPPORT STAFF and inform status of the appointment through your Video Conferencing area.2. Admin will investigate the issue and will inform you accordingly.
How to reset forgotten Password?
1) Type in your mobile with + (country code) and your mobile number.2) You will receive the text message code to reset your password
3) Type in the code (The code is case sensitive)
4) Type your new password in the provided box
5) Retype your password in the provided box
6) Click update

When can you start seeing patient?
1) Admin will go through your provided documents if satisfactory we will verify that you are meeting all the essential and desirable requirements. Once satisfied we will verify and, verify icon will appear under your picture2) You are requested to write your profile as per your expertise so that patient can be aware of your years of experience.
Once registration is completed your expertise will be available to the patients of the countries you are registered with health authorities.
